Grain Flow Forged in the legendary Mizuno facility in Hiroshima, Japan, the Pro 223 are constructed from the same 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel as the Pro 221. The soft copper underlay produces the softest and purest feel for a uniquely satisfying sensation at impact. The difference is the Pro 223 conceals a ball speed-enhancing construction within the frame of a compact players’ cavity.

The shaping gives a more compact profile than its predecessor for a striking appearance at address. You will find forged Chromoly construction with Mizuno’s innovative Flow Microslot technology in the longer irons to maximise distance as the face is thinner for added face flexing and ball speed at impact. Enhanced forgiveness is delivered through precise and lower CG placement in the head for added launch and stability through impact. The 8–PW have a progressively higher CG placement for lower, higher spin and controllable trajectory to help shoot lower scores.
